Team4Job was created in 2016 in the form of a pilot project initiated by the Job Centre of Uccle and joined by those of Schaerbeek, Watermael-Boitsfort and Woluwé-Saint-Pierre. The pilot project was a great success with the creation of more than 150 duos and a 68% positive outcome rate within the 6-month mentoring period. Team4Job is a non-for-profit organisation set up by Aurélie and Géraldine with the aim of developing the project and rolling out the campaign throughout the 19 communes of the Brussels-Capital Region.
