Our background in a nutshell

2016 – 2017

Team4Job is launched as a pilot project, initiated by the Maisons de l’Emploi of Uccle and Schaerbeek. It is quickly joined by those of Watermael-Boitsfort and Woluwe-Saint-Pierre. Funded by Actiris, the project proves highly successful, with 150 mentor-mentee pairs created and more than 6 out of 10 participants finding a job within 6 months of mentoring.

2018 – 2019

The non-profit organisation Team4Job is officially established to expand the project and roll it out across the 19 municipalities of the Brussels-Capital Region. T4J creates 125 pairs in 2018 and doubles this number in 2019 to reach 250 pairs. The positive outcome rate after one year reaches 77%! To sustain this impact, Actiris continues its support and several companies also join the initiative.

2020 – 2024

Team4Job is awarded the Mentoring call for projects launched by Actiris. This five-year support enables the creation of 1,817 pairs. The positive outcome rate after one year remains stable at 77%, including 68% employment, making Team4Job one of the most effective measures for access to employment. More and more companies support the programme’s development.

2025 – 2028

Team4Job is once again selected in Actiris’ call for projects, this time co-funded by the European Social Fund. This four-year partnership plans the creation of 1,520 pairs with a total funding of €3,040,000. This support adds to the ongoing commitment of companies, which play a key role in the development of our impact.
