What is a mentee?
A mentee is a job seeker who registers for the Team4Job mentoring programme. The mentee is put in contact with a mentor to boost their job search.
Team4Job finds the mentor who is the best match for your needs and/or your field of activity. You meet twice a month at the mentor’s place of work in order to advance your job search.
